Your Hourly Rate & Salary Expectations

As an ISA with our team, you will be offered $5-10/hour based on your past sales, real estate & cold calling experience. No matter what pay you orignially are established with there will be opportunities to increases your hourly rate based on quarterly & yearly performance

You will be expected to work a traditional 40 hour week, this is a full time position offering additional overtime opportunities & performance based incentives

Your Commission Structure

You will be offered $100-400 bonuses for closed deals that come from appointments you have set through outbound & inbound lead calling. Thes commission size within that range will be dependent on the price points of your clients market & the deals you are helping generate for them

KPI's And Role Expectations

In order to remain with our team, you must achieve an acceptable performance rate based on our KPI's; these will be based on the following factors

  • 2-3 Appointments Set/Day

  • 5 Minute Speed To Inbound Leads

  • Accurate & Prompt Daily Data Tracking

  • Submission Of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports

  • Show Up To Group & 1-1 Coaching Calls To Boost Your Sales Conversion

  • Implement Coaching On Sales Strategies

  • Pursue Continued Education In Becoming Educated On Your Agent's Market, Agent's Firm Etc

  • Prompt Communication With Our Team Members & Clients
