After careful consideration of your qualifications and skills, we are pleased to extend an offer for the Luxury Real Estate Call Specialist position at Realty Gen, LLC.

Here are the terms we would like to offer for your position

Your Hourly Rate & Salary Expectations

As an luxury call specialist with our team, you will be offered $2500/Month Base salary with expectations to make over $100,000+/year with our commission additions

You will be expected to work a traditional 40 hour week, but you may pursue additional working hours & client partnerships to earn more; this is a full time position offering additional overtime opportunities & performance based incentives

Your Commission Structure

You will be offered 40-50% commissions from the 20% revenue share we are on with our enterprise partners

The 20% revenue share is based on the gross commissions our agents & teams make. Because you are partnered not with just individual agents, but team leads & firm owners who have many ISA's, agents on their team, and a large ad spend budget, this position has serious earning potential as your pipeline builds & client accounts scale up

KPI's And Role Expectations

In order to remain with our team, you must achieve an acceptable performance rate based on our KPI's; these will be based on the following factors

  • Achieve a minimum of 2 signed listings/deals per each client you are managing. Your specific KPI will be determined by the amount of ISA's

  • Successfully Manage & Help Drive Performance With Your ISA's. Your ISA's Performance Will Be Yours & Our Direct Priority, If You Can't Manage Your ISA Team Properly Or They Consistently Fall Below Performance Benchmarks We Will Put You & Your Entire Team Under Continued Coaching

  • Accurate & Prompt Daily Data Tracking

  • Submission Of Weekly & Monthly Reports

  • Show Up To Group & 1-1 Coaching Calls To Boost Your Sales Conversion

  • Implement Coaching On Sales Strategies

  • Pursue Continued Education In Becoming Educated On Your Agent's Market, Agent's Firm Etc

  • Prompt Communication With Our Team Members & Clients In Slack
