So a little bit about me, I've been in sales for decades, I grew up in real estate & the hospitality industry, I was a zillow premier agent for over 7 years!
I've done it all, from buying Zillow leads and picking up the phone within seconds to stay in good standing, to cold calling all day & eventually working my way up the ladder selling luxury in multiple markets including California and Texas.
Eventually, my passion for working in a team environment pulled me towards supporting real estate agents & teams in their sales departments in recent years
More specifically, I've been running agents "sales departments" which are usually just ISA's making a couple dials, counting down the days till they can be a "real agent"
But something interesting started to happen when I got in charge of these teams, we actually started generating incredible amounts of listing volume, so much so that I started getting recruited in 20 different directions by top teams around the country
I ended up landing in Charlotte in 2023, and in one year my outbound prospecting & lead generation team took Christie's Charlotte office from 14 million to 50+million in yearly transactions...
Not only this, we were able to step up every single agent in that office into a luxury real estate agent & recruiting for that office took off as a result. We had a lot of key strategies on my small team no one else seemed to be leveraging that helped us skyrocket the #1 Christie's International office in the entire globe.
