Yes, you will sync your calendar up with our team so that we're able to book appointments based on your availability live. Additionally we have our lead management team review all appointments before they're actually booked onto your calendar to make sure they pass our quality control check, so you never have people booking unqualified appointments onto your calendar that are a waste of your time
Typically we only allow 1 calendar to be selected as the primary calendar we're booking into, however, you can easily sync multiple agents into this calendar in a round robin style. The only thing we don't typically do is "I have 10 agents, and if an appointment comes in to these 3 zip codes, you have to book it into this agents calendar, if it's in these other 4 zips, it has to be in these zip codes, if it's above $1,000,000 it always has to go into this agents calendar" etc. This ensures operational efficiency and limits errors for our team
